Ice Skating Holiday Party

About 50 Senior Friends, Junior Friends, and staff of Friends for Youth met last Sunday for our annual Holiday Ice Skating Extravaganza! The party included a pot-luck lunch, a Friendship gift exchange, and lots of ice skating! Even a little mid-afternoon rain couldn’t damper the party. In keeping with tradition, all Friendships and staff brought canned goods that were collected and donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank. See you all next year!

Our 2nd Annual Holiday Fashion Show was a Success!

Friends for Youth and Nordstrom hosted its 2nd Annual Fashion Show. It took place on December 6 at the Stanford Shopping Mall. Attendees enjoyed a champagne brunch along with the opportunity to bid on a variety of gift baskets. An amazing runway fashion show followed. There were approximately 100 fashionistas in attendance. No word yet on how much money was raised. More information to come....
